About Kolala

A family business

Kolala is a family business based in Montreal, the fashion hub of Canada ;). The idea of Kolala didn't start in a garage where most startups start, because our founders didn't have a garage, but in a bedroom, when Adriano and Caroline, wanted to have cool quality clothes for them and their kids, with designs that they and their kids liked.

So all our designs are inspired by our 2 creative directors Matteo (3 years old) and Stefano (1 year old) (they might be older when you read this text ;), under the supervision of their mom Caroline of course. 

The name Kolala comes from the way 2-year old Matteo pronounced Koala at the time the adventure began for our brand.

With its little body and its big round ears, the koala is at the center of the Kolala brand. It is a caring and loving animal, just like us. Plus it is very cool and takes care of its children.

Giving back to the community

For every order placed on the Kolala website, $1 is donated to Save the Children, a global organization helping the children in need.

Just like the koala cares for its children, we care about building a better world for our children and all children in the world.

So we hope we will sell a lot of our clothes so we can give back a lot too!

For us, it is important to offer clothes that are not only cool, but of good quality too. All our products sold in the US are printed in the US by partners that have been carefully chosen for the quality of products offered.
